Reserve the Requisition form based on the Item Catagory

 Hi Experts I know how to reserve the the Requisition form based on the destination Type (Expense, Inventory ) but we are looking forward to reserve the Requisition form based on the Item Catagory say user can enter  only those items belongs to specific Catagory and if pick another item so system gives the error that form is reserved for this catagory but how ???
kindly help me in this regard plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
