How to delete an organization and create a new organization in Inventory

 Dear All,I will like to delete an existing inventory organization and create a new one. This is because the client has acquired a new warehouse and they want this new organization on oracle and end the existing ones. 
If anyone can outline the steps to do this, that will be greatly appreciated.
