Q about unassigned incident

 Hi All,
Recently, we have set a Ops Center 12c in our environment.  However, it is noitced that all the reported incident list in the message center are unassigned.  So, we hope to know if this is normal.  Also, is there anyway to assign those incident's from those assest's within the same asset group to the group owner automatically?
