OOTB iHelp Not launching from iHelp Applet

As part of our implementation, we are implementing Siebel Public sector PRM portal. We implemented the iHelp functionality and we observed a bug during our implementation. We exposed the iHelp applet in the home page and we configured one iHelp in the home page.  When we try to launch the iHelp from the iHelp applet, it is not getting launched. However, when we try the iHelp from Command bar, the functionality is working. Client wants to access iHelp only from the iHelp applet.

 

On further investigation from our side, we identified that the issue occurs from javascript and we narrowed down to 'taskhelper.js'.
