Oracle VM Manager (3.1.1) got error message

Dear All,
I try to log into my Oracele VM Manager is got error as below

Unexpected error during login (com.oracle.ovm.mgr.api.exception.FailedOperationException: OVMAPI_6000E Internal Error: Connection refused Connection refused Mon Oct 22 18:01:24 ICT 2012), please consult logs for details.

Please kindly give advice for this.
