Unable to see replies from Oracle Support in my SR
When an Oracle Support specialist responds to an SR I have raised I can not see the reply in the SR under My Oracle Support. Instead I am notified by email and the comments are in there. Although this is useful, I would really like to have the responses visible in my SR. When looking back at incidents it is easier to trace progress when all of the data is found in one place rather than gathering a bunch of emails from different dates
Someone told me it was because I had chosen not to see replies to my SRs but they did not tell me how to change it. I'm sure it is something I have done but I can't find out how to change it back. Any help would be much appreciated
