Report server sleeping problems

We have are in-process server setup to min=4 max =4 engines. Everytime I run our application for the first time in the morning, I get cant connect to report server name error...for about 2-3 min.What must I change in the setup to have the reports engine always ready...never sleeping.

Makes no sens that it acts this way in a production environment. I thaugh it was down, but it just took about 2-3 min for it to be ready.
