Unable to uncheck 'Baseline Funding Without Budget' for project

The project was created from a template that had 'Baseline Funding Without Budget' checked, but the form on which the checkbox appears was not included as an option on the project. So we are unable to access the 'Revenue and Billing Information' form to uncheck 'Baseline Funding Without Budget'. Please advise as to how we can uncheck that box,
