Asset location Transfer in EAM will effect FA?

Hi all,
      I created asset in xyz org with the reference of FIXED ASSET number.

     And I tried transfering the asset created in xyz org to abc org. I am successfull.

     But I have a query here... Will asset location transfer in EAM also changes the location of the same asset in FA?

     Any idea?
