After R12 Upgrade 2 Objects are Invald. May They be Dropped?

After R12 upgrade the following objects are invalid.

FUN_AP_TRANSFER
ITG_SYNCSUPPLIERINBOUND_PVT

Please let us know if we can DROP these objects.
