Capitalizing Projects

Hello -

We are wondering if there is away or how to capitalize portions of cost associated to a project.  We have discovered that you can capitalize at teh lowest task level.  Now the question is how can we capitalize a portion of cost at teh lowest level?  Ideally our users just want to tell Oracle at teh Project Level or Highest Task level the amount to capitalize - is this possible?  Oracle seesm to identify the amount at whatever level we attempt to generate lines at and we are unable to modify that amount.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.
