Message Manager - MO forwarding

 I have a question to the community regarding whether Message Manager is able to send MO-FSM in order to deliver this message towards an SMS-C when FDA fails. From what I know this would normally be done via SMPP, however all sorts of originator address information such as in a roaming call flow get lost when using SMPP ( SMPP does not cater for these parameters)
