Patch 9868229 is Available 12.A and 12.C not available for R12.B

VPC Team member opened this thread for the customer.

We are in the process of upgrading the R12.1.2/11.2.01 db to 11.2.0.3 and are following note 1058763.1.
One of the pre-req steps is to apply patch 9868229 but when I look for that patch, it is only available for BOM.A and BOM.C.

If I am not wrong, for R12.1, it should be available for BOM.B.

Please let me know how to download this patch for R12.1.2?
