While Applying HRMS DELTA 5 hrglobal.drv pygbclrd.sql Failed

VPC Team member opened this thread for the customer.

We have upgraded our 11510 instance to R12.1.3 after that we have applied HRMS DELTA 5 Patch and then ran hrglobal.drv.
while applying this pygbclrd.sql failed with below errors

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/app_01/ERPTEST1/apps/apps_st/appl/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/pygbclrd.sql
