In oracle 11g, there is a directory called lib, can we have lib32 back in 11g

In oracle 11g, there is only one folder called lib, but in 10g, there are two folders called lib and lib32. Can we get a 32-bit version of the 11g binaries or will everything have to work in 64-bit now?
