Failed to run patch 5259121

This is a GL patch for pre upgrade to R12.Why are you in in the ABM directory?

This patch  5259121 has the following ( I downloaded and opened the file )

gl (Folder)
README.html
u5259121.drv
f5259121.ldt
marker1.txt
b5259121.ldt
README.txt

gl (Folder)->GL ->115-> it has two files->SQL and import
sql has
gluaspcb.pls
gluaspcs.pls

Import has US folder and US has
b4342146.ldt
b4342149.ldt
b4342154.ldt

There is no ABMFILE.drv for this patch.
Not sure why customer is getting this error.
