Oracle 10g R2 - a better way to find out name of tables that are undergoing high rate of insert/upda

Hi Gurus,
I need to figure out the following in Oracle 10g R2.

i) Tables that are undergoing insert/update/deletes in my database.

ii)There is a particular tablespace which is growing rapidly recently.   How to figure out which tables are growing rapidly in this tablespace.

Please help me how to find out those.
