Adding Footer to Records

I have an administrator role and instructed to add a footer to record layouts (Accounts for example) such that when a record is printed , it includes this footer.

 Users use the browser print icon to print a record.  

 I looked at Themes but that does not appear to be the area to add a footer.  I have already successully added such a footer to our custom reports and this footer appear when users print in PDF (not HTML). Thanks.
