Patch 10326425 Causes Invalid Libraries and Forms

Please confirm us whether we need to manually create the PLD file, if so please suggest us clear steps.

Patch 10326425 includes the following:

oks forms/US OKSAUDET.fmb 120.97.12010000.10
oks resource OKSAUDET.pld 120.159.12010000.16
qot forms/US QOTHDDET.fmb 120.47.12010000.11


Can we manually copy the pld file (OKSAUDET.pld) from the patch and recompile the forms. Please confirm.

We could not find the pld file copied to the instance which is delivered by the patch
