Mass Maintenance Program ended with signal 11 error

Hi guys,
When we run the Mass Maintenance Program (GLMMMP) for mass create combinations we are getting the following error:

/APL/oracle/applmgr/PREBS/appl/gl/12.0.0/bin/GLMMMP Program was terminated by signal 11
Sometimes the program is getting the error, sometimes it is working OK

We are just in our go live for Oracle EBS R12.1.3, here is the glmpin.prc version
$Header: glmpin.lpc 120.10.12010000.2 2009/01/21 10:59:27 dthakker ship $

I will appreciate your assistance on this issue.
