Convert physical machine to virtual machine

Dear All,
I am trying to convert from my physical server to Oracle VM virtual machine.

My real Server is separated partition (3 partitions), 1. store OS (100GB), 2. Store Data (200GB), 3.Store staff files (200GB), total 500GB.

The status on Oracle VM Manager (3.1.1)  shown file sizes are downloading in Job Summary:  500,108MB.

Does Oracle VM Manager is downloading OS of physical Server (100GB) or the hold size of Server(500GB) ?

Please kindly give advice for this.
