Project Requirement Planning

I Am trying to run PRP for a project with a manufacturing task. The BOM routing are all defined. After running the planning report when I check the messages, I find that there are lines for WOs but they are not associated with any project number. I am unable to figure out why is this happening. Could anyone help me on this.
