LCT files for AME in R12 using By FNDLOAD

Daer all , 

I would like to ask for the new LCT file that I can use them for fndload to help me to downlaod the AME setup ,

1- AME Rule 
2-Dynamic Approval group /Approver Groups
3-Condition 
.
.
.

I try to find the name of the lct in the internet but all files related to release 11 , please help me to find the new files for R12 for all AME setup 

also I want the fndload  command for  personalization in web pages (java pages,Self service pages). that we used in SSHR

I need them as soon as possible.
