API to terminate billing schedule lines
Hi Experts,
We are on 11.5.9.We got one issue when terminating multiple service contracts at a time.
Contract header,lines and sublines statuses have been changed to TERMINATED.
But billing schedule is still referring to original active end date of contract.
Due to this, zero amount invoices are getting generated.
This issue is not occuring for terminated contracts which got terminated individually.
Example:
Contract start date: 4-Sep-2010
Contract end date : 3-Sep-2013
Billing schedule defined:
date billed from Date billed to
4-Sep-2010 3-Oct-2010
4-Oct-2010 3-Nov-2010
....
.....
....
04-Aug-2013 03-Sep-2013
Assume termination date: 12-Sep-2012
After termination ,billing schedule should be like this:
