2530 - a disk will not display new FW version in CAM

Hello,
I installed a new 2530 with CAM 6.9 and managed to upgrade all disks FW from A5C8 to A6C0 except one (controllers are now version 07.80.62.10)
An alert showed up to tell this disk firmware is not baseline, so I tried later to do the disk FW upgrade again, it tells it completes, but stays at A5C8..
I could create a virtual disk with no problem and no issues are reported against this disk,
(After Virtual disk init finished, customer tried again a FW upg on this disk, but it will not display A6C0)
Any tip on this? it does not seem a bad disk..
