Error while Supplier creating response to RFI/RFQ - unable to proceed in RFx business flow

 Hi thereI am getting error when trying to create RFI Response through Sourcing Supplier responsibility. Any help will be greatly appreciated since I am unable to proceed with RFI/RFx process flow.

Steps to reproduce
1. Go to Supplier Management Administrator > Create RFI with any Style. 
2. Add RFI Lines, Line Attributes
3. Invite Suppliers and publish it.
4. Log in as Supplier with 'Sourcing Supplier' > Sourcing > Sourcing Home Page > Click on RFI Link 
5. Now go to 'Actions' > Acknowledge Participation
6. Now go to 'Actions' > Create Response
7. Error comes
