How-To: Turn off Components when creating a database with "dbca -silent" ?

Greetings All;
I find that I'm creating new databases on a[n all too] frequent basis and would like to use "dbca -silent" to automate the job.

How do I control (i.e. turn off) the "cost" components and features like Partitioning, OLAP, etc. using a database template, response file or something else?
