agent 12c standalone download

Hi all,
We've just installed Oracle Grid Control 12c on a Linux 64-bit. Of course the agent is already delivered with this installation so it's present for deployment.
However I was going to push an agent to a Windows 2008 64-bit server and it states that the agent is unavailable.

It seems I have to download this agent through Grid Control's self update utility. However we have a policy where we do not allow our server to connect to outside networks thus I am unable to let GC download this agent.
Is there another standalone way to download the agent and upload it in the software library myself?
