SCAN listeners float between nodes.

 Hi AllOne option to know on which node the listener is running at is to use srvctl .
> srvctl status scan_listener
SCAN Listener LISTENER_SCAN1 is enabled
SCAN listener LISTENER_SCAN1 is running on node cipf704

Executing srvctl can be done only with the OS DB user (oracle).
Is there any other way  to know on which node the listener is running at ? The user that I use don't have privilege to run srvctl.
