Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. apilnupg.sql running for a long time during R12 upgrade.

Its doing some sort as below

Sort Output: : 47452 out of 3127365 Blocks done

I have checked metalink to see if all hits are satisfied, and all pre-requisite patch and indexes exists. Please help
