problem :installation patch Oracle Hyperion Reporting and Analysis 9.3.1.3

Hello ,

I got error installing patch to my unix IBM-AIX 64 bit server. This is the error that I got.

JSPG0091E: An error occurred at line: 146 in the file: /index.jsp

JSPG0093E: Generated servlet error from file: /index.jsp

/_index.java : 209 : StringUtils cannot be resolved

Workspace is not restarting after installation. The other services are starting without any problems.

Can you please help it resolve this?
