EGP constraint on Location not honored in multistop scenario

Hi,

I have the follwoing scenario: Single leg Multistop itinerary using pools on the leg. OTM compares price of shipping direct to customer based on breaks based on various equipment sizes (representing load meters with an ERU setup) to the price of shipping through pool. The platform for pool can be one of the stops on the 'first leg' multistop. So an exampel scenario is drop at customer 1 direct, then customer 2 then PF. Each order dropped at PF then has a second leg shipment with other carrier.

Now, I have an EGP with single equipment as a constraint on the dest location testing with only one destination on 2 orders (so single bundle). OTM plans first leg with
