Absence Management report

 I am trying to write a report for Absence management - and have issues pulling absence records for an employee - when a manager enters absence record through PUI.,also my query is pulling records - when an absence is planned approved and then deleted using PUI/SS.

If someone have query that gives correct number of records for ABS -considering all deleting, planned, confirmed absence types -- can you please share..
