Apply landed Cost on Dispositioned quantity

Hi,
When a purchase order is received (e.g quantity 10 EA) into routing and then Movement & Disposition done (2 EA - Scrapped,payable & 1 EA - reworked, not payable ) and the remaining quantity 7 EA is received into stock.  I see Landed Cost Rules are applied only for the  7 EA.  If the dispositioned quantity is also need to be applied(at least to the payables), how to get this done ?
