Apex 4, Windows 2003 db 10.2g, OC4J and listener config.

From time to time, doing something in the application, suddenly kicked out and went back to the log in page w/o any reason.

Meantime, people noticed that at the same time, the Interactive Report not behaving correctly. Such as report not refresh w/the new filters, etc. Just display the previous report.

Anyone had the same issue out there?
