Patch: 3653484 - 11i.FIN_PF.G - Causes pntabreg.ldt to Fail to Generate

While applying patch 3653484 the adworker log shows the following:

Loading data using FNDLOAD function
Connecting to APPS......Connected successfully.
Calling FNDLOAD function

Returned from function FNDLOAD function
The values of output parameters are:status=[-4230908]
