Number of CPUs supported by HFM

Hello,
I have been looking around wondering what the biggest supported server is for running HFM on. (say version 11.1.2.2)

How many CPUs can a single HSVDatasource.exe process address?
How many CPUs can an HFM Server itself support?

Any Ideas? I keep hearing the magic number 32, but also hear of clients running with 48 logical cores.

(With a cpu I mean a core or logical core).
