Adding a value set to attribute in Parameter List

Hi

I am trying to download  FND_ATTACHMENTS data through Desktop Integrator fuctionality.  I want to associate a parameter list to custom integrator  using  12.1.3 Desktop integration Manager responsbility.  I have defined a table valueset  and associated to an attribute in parameter list.

But I am not able to see value set  while running the custom integrator.

Pl help me any one has worked on similar type of requirement.
