Attachment for Employee Record

Our HR has a card for each employee that have histroical information that are on paper only. They want to scan in the card to attach to the employee is EBS 12.1.3.  I couldn't locate a screen to attach it. Do anyone know where I can find a screen to attach it?

One employee only have one of this scanned document.
