Catalog button missing in requisition customization form

Dear Gurus,
I need help regarding this issue.
I'm create new requisition customization forms. This custom form only hide the SourceDetails/Details/ Currency tab,
But the catalog button is missing in this new form.
How can we put the catalog button back? Because we need to use requisition template.

Or maybe there is something lack with the programming? or setting?
please help.

note:
i used oracle e-business suite 11.5.9
