Oracle Reports ARXBPH - REP-0081, REP-0124 - EBS R12 or 11i

Hello,

A concurrent request, calling the standard Oracle Reports ARXBPH, fails:

Erros when trying to write on a temporary file (i suppose $APPLTMP).

REP-0081: Error during file I/O operation.

REP-0124: Unable to write to the temporary file.

Note after installation of the patch 6497684, the issue still occurs.

Remark: this issue also exists in version 11i.

Any idea?
