No info message when zero price in F4210 inquiry

In EnterpriseOne 8.98.4.9 after recent tools update we have problem with info message about zero price in line. In previous tools version when user entered item with no price in Adv. Pricing Module there was yellow message in header that: "Price Can Not Be Zero" - it was important for users. Now, after tools upgrade the message is not appearing
