Unable to Request Information or Reassign by buyer to requestor.

Hi,

I am facing with an Issue , please help me out of this Issue.

Issue:  Purachase Requisition and Purchase order got Approved and Requstor canclled some lines then PO went into In-Process and Buyer is Requesting Information.

When buyer is Requesting for Information we  are facing the error.

Error: ORA-01403: no data found ORA-01403: no data found ORA-01403: no data found ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_NOTIFICATION", line 6712 ORA-06512: at line 1.

We are using Iprocurement and AME and we are using IProcuremnt Seeded, no Customizations are done.

We are facing this error only for some PO's and PR's.
