Setups needed for Procurement Contracts & iProcurement Module

Hello,
I have a customer who wants to know the options of setups which they have to do for Procurement Contracts Module (actually they need for all these modules:Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, iSupplier Portal, Procurement Contracts, Services Procurement Inventory & Order Management).  Like a brief explanation of every setups in the modules and relevant profile options.

Can you point a document which may help?

Also, did you hear about a "Tool KIt" that does something similar?
