Auditing and Monitoring - standalone BI publisher 11g

Hi All,
this is my first post to the community. I have recently set up BI Publisher standalone 11g version and migrated from 10g.

The question that I have relates to the auditing capability. I would like to enable it however one of the steps involve accessing Enterprise Manager (http://yourhost:7001/em). I can't access it no matter which combination of port and address I use.
Is it that it is not available in standalone?
