Performance Rating field on ESS

Hi All,

In Employee self service ->My Information , the Performance Rating  is showing both the code and meaning like 'M5 - Meets Expectations 3.5", is there any way to personalize this to show only the meaning not the code , like "Meets Expectations 3.5".
