US PAY: Health Coverage W2 Box 12DD Required to be included in the Federal and State Magnetic Media

Does the Health Coverage that is being reported in box 12DD need to be reported on in the Federal W-2 Magnetic Media or the State W-2 Magnetic Media? Does this information need to be stored in the ff_archive_items table?
