3480000 : 11.5.10.2 : 17 Oracle package bodies appear to be the wrong version in production

Hi Dave :Welcome to the new EBS Patching community.

This thread will address your following issue -

 We want our production system to have all of the correct code.  We also want our Production, Test and Dev environments to have the same system code.  Right now our Test environment has newer code than our Dev and Production environments.

All files seem to be covered in patch 3480000.
