How can I refresh OCM cache (Configure Servers) in E1 without restarting E1 Services?

I would like to configure my “Configure Servers” as follow for BSSV.

   1.        BSSV Server1 / port 8888 / AV status

2.           BSSV Server2/ port 8888 / NA status

In my Production Environment, when BSSV Server1 goes down, I would like to change the Status of Server1 to “NA” and Server2 to “AV” in OCM.  Therefore, all the subsequent Consumer transactions go to the Server2.

I do not want to restart E1 services to refresh the OCM cache.  Does anyone know how I can clear/refresh OCM cache for Call Object Kernels without restarting E1 services?
