APPS_TS_NOLOGGING has no datafiles!!!

Hi,
Enterprise Manager just alerted us that APPS_TS_NOLOGGING tablespace is already at 100% today. As a standard procedure, I went to check to extend the datafiles but upon checking, it has none!

First, is this a a very critical issue that may cause great damage?
Second, what is the best and safest way to solve this.

Please consider that I new to Oracle database administration so kindly help me using simple procedures.
